Material Composition
The catheter is coated with a hydrophilic layer consisting of PVP/ poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) and sodium chloride/NaCl.
The catheter is made in medical grade PVC/ poly(vinyl chloride).
The water pocket containing sterile water is made in a laminate foil of PET/poly(ethylene terephthalate), PE/polyethylene and Aluminium.
The plastic packaging is made in EBA/poly(ethylene butylacrylate).
The sleeve is made in paper, polyethylene/PE, poly(ethylene terephtalate)/PET, poly(vinyl acetate)/EVA.
